1Description of Service
minoly is a personal life-management application that helps you plan tasks, track goals, build routines, capture notes, and use AI-assisted features to organize your daily life. Some features may be available only on certain subscription plans.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use minoly. By using minoly, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in minoly (tasks, notes, goals, and similar data). By using minoly, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you.
5AI-Generated Content
minoly's AI features may generate suggestions, summaries, or responses based on your input. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to use minoly to violate any law, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the app's operation, or use the service for any purpose it wasn't intended for.
7Subscriptions and Payments
minoly currently offers a free plan. Paid subscription plans may be introduced in the future. When available, payment terms, pricing, and billing details will be clearly presented before you subscribe, and payments will be processed through a secure third-party provider.
8Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
9Service Availability
We aim to keep minoly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the app evolves.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
minoly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. minoly is a productivity tool and does not replace professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise).
11Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, minoly and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated inside the app before taking effect. Continued use of minoly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
