1Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create or sign in to a minoly account, we may collect: email address, name, profile picture (if provided through Google Sign-In), and authentication-related information. If you use Google Sign-In, minoly does not receive or store your Google password.

1.2 Content You Provide

minoly stores information you create while using the app: tasks, goals, plans, routines, calendar or scheduled items, focus-session information, notes, journal entries, ideas, AI conversations and messages, and other content you intentionally provide.

1.3 Photos, PDFs and Other Files

If you upload files to minoly, we store photos, PDFs, and other supported documents in connection with your account. Files may be processed by relevant third-party services when required for a feature, such as AI-powered analysis.

1.4 Usage Information

We collect limited information about how you use minoly — which features you use, how often, and basic technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

1.5 Support Information

If you contact us through minoly's Help section, we receive your message, any information you voluntarily provide, and any screenshots you choose to attach.

2How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to create and manage your account, provide minoly's features, store your tasks/goals/notes/other content, provide AI-powered responses, maintain your progress and activity history, provide reminders and notifications, improve reliability and security, respond to support requests, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. minoly is not designed around advertising based on your personal content.

3AI and Third-Party AI Providers

minoly's AI chat feature currently uses Sarvam AI to process your messages and generate responses. When you use this feature, the content of your message — and, where necessary, relevant context required to perform your request — is sent to Sarvam AI. We do not intentionally send unrelated account information to an AI provider simply because it exists in your minoly account.

As minoly adds support for additional AI providers, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly which providers are in use.

AI providers process information according to their own privacy policies. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information — such as passwords, authentication codes, or financial account details — into AI conversations.

4Authentication and Account Security

minoly uses Supabase for authentication and backend services. Passwords are handled through the authentication system and are never stored by minoly as plain text. When you use Google Sign-In, authentication is handled through Google — minoly receives only your name, email address, and profile picture, according to the permissions you grant.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure.

5How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls, database security policies (row-level security, so your data is only ever visible to you), authentication controls, encrypted network connections, secure storage infrastructure, and server-side protection of API credentials.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

6Who We Share Information With

We share information with service providers that help us operate minoly:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of minoly, our users, or others.

7Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active, or as long as necessary to provide the services you requested. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

8Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your minoly account at any time from Settings → Account inside the app. When you do, your tasks, goals, notes, routines, focus history, and all other associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

10Children's Privacy

minoly is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to minoly, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11Third-Party Services

minoly uses third-party services to operate parts of the application, including authentication, cloud storage, email delivery, and AI processing. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12Payments

minoly does not currently process payments. When paid subscription plans become available, payment will be handled through a secure third-party payment provider, and this section will be updated with full details before launch.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you inside the app before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
